Fractional CPTO or Head of AI leadership is senior product-and-technology judgement — architecture and AI-adoption decisions, technical design review, hiring and delivery cadence — bought at a fixed number of days a month rather than a full-time seat. I do this as a contract engagement, drawing on fifteen-plus years leading product and technology (HSBC, Zopa, Shieldpay), a founding CPTO role, and, currently, hands-on agentic AI delivery.
